Where we came from
DeployToMarket was founded by Rafael, a growth operator who spent years helping companies launch products across the German and European markets. Before DTM, he built DeployStaff, a staffing company that gave him a front-row seat to how companies scale and where they struggle.
The pattern was always the same: strong product, strong team, no market traction. The gap was never the product. It was the go-to-market. The strategy was missing, the channels were wrong, or the messaging didn't land.
